Who is Manuela Landim?

Hairstylist, entrepreneur and Keune Ambassador since 2024.

My name is Manuela Landim. I am Brazilian, born in Fortaleza, Ceará, and I am a hairstylist, entrepreneur, educator and, since 2024, a Keune Ambassador.

Over the years, I have specialised in different hair types and textures, with expertise in curly and Afro hair, hair and scalp care, colouring, blond services, keratin, and professional blow-dry techniques.

I am driven and strongly believe in loyalty, personal development and, above all, sharing knowledge. Alongside my work in the salon, I provide professional training and have written articles about hair health and entrepreneurship.

My Brazilian roots, my experience in the Netherlands and working with different cultures have shaped the professional I am today: personal in my approach, professional in my work and respectful of every hair texture.

For me, great hairdressing starts with listening: understanding what you want, what your hair needs and what is technically possible.

My goal is not only for you to leave the salon with beautiful hair, but also to understand your own hair better.

Manuela Hairfashion is a professional hair salon in Rotterdam where expertise, personal attention and respect for every hair texture are at the heart of what we do.

We work with different hair types and offer a range of services, including haircuts, barbering, colouring, blond services, keratin, and hair and scalp treatments. We also have extensive experience with curly and Afro hair. Every service begins with understanding your hair, your goals and what is technically appropriate.

Over the years, our quality and expertise have received several recognitions. Manuela Hairfashion received the Best Hair Salon in Rotterdam title in 2017 and 2019 and, in 2023, was mentioned by Vogue.nl as one of the best addresses for Afro hair. Since 2024, our founder, Manuela Landim, has been a Keune Ambassador.

Manuela Hairfashion is also an officially recognised Erkend Leerbedrijf, allowing us to contribute to the training and development of future hair professionals.

For those looking to transform their hair texture and achieve a straighter result, a keratin treatment can make the hair approximately 80% to 100% straighter from the first treatment.

Results vary depending on the hair’s structure, condition and chemical history, as well as the technique and product selected.

Smooth Capillair

Less frizz. Softer curls. Easier to manage.

Smooth Capillair is a semi-permanent treatment designed for those who want more control and manageability, without the main goal of making the hair completely straight.

The treatment reduces frizz and volume and can loosen the curl pattern by up to approximately 60%, making the hair easier to dry, style and maintain at home.

Results depend on the hair’s structure, condition and chemical history. That is why we assess your hair beforehand and select the technique that best suits your desired result.
